Green Smoothie!

I am OBSESSED with green smoothies for a mid morning snack. They are just what I need to get me through until lunch. Also, I love the fact that I can get more greens into my day with this yummy smoothie. Aside from how good it tastes, green smoothies are so beneficial to your body and if you don’t drink them a few times a week I suggest you start!

Green Smoothie:

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (I use the vanilla flavor)
1 scoop protein powder
1-2 cups spinach
1/4 avocado
1/2 banana
1 tsp cinnamon
5 ice cubes

optional: 1/2 an apple if you need yours to be sweeter

Directions:

Blend together!
